Fiberglass Molds

The following are photos of the molds used to manufacture the Express Aircraft. They are for sale as part of the liquidation of EAC. They will be sold only as a package with the intention of some organization carrying on with the Express production.

Left, fuselage lower mold. Right, fuselage upper left and right half molds. The upper halves are bonded together at the factory before kit delivery.

  

Left, carry-through mold. Right, fixture used to align carry-through in lower fuselage.

        

Four wing skin molds with outer skin and foam core completed. The inner skin is applied over the foam and the parts would be complete.
